General Movement Assessment GMA $160

The General Movement Assessment (GMA), can be administered from birth to 5 months of age. https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/abs/10.1002/mrdd.20051 , and is used to assess an infant’s developing brain and risk of neurodevelopmental disorders following delivery.  The assessment of GM’s is recommended for all preterm and low birth weight (weighing less than 5lbs. 5oz.or 2500 grams, at birth) infants.  As well as, any infant that experienced a traumatic birth, and any other reason that may lead to the infant being at risk of a neurodevelopmental disorder.  The GMA, has been internationally used, and recommended as the best clinical tool to predict Cerebral Palsy in infants younger than 5 months.  The GMA is performed by assessing the infant from a video recording.
