Green Hills Direct Family Care has been operating as a Direct Primary Care office since January of 2016. We were the 1st DPC office to open in the Lehigh Valley.
Dr. Corba has been in practice and board-certified for 23 years, and has owned a solo practice for 17 years.
There is a onetime nonrefundable enrollment fee of $50 per member.
We provide wholesale prices for laboratory tests, radiology services, and generic medications which are dispensed directly to the patient from the office:

Validate generics are examined to have the correct amount of active ingredient(s), and be absent of any carcinogens or other harmful substances. Valisure's products are part of our in-house dispensary**
