Thanh Taylor, D.O. CALL
Dr. Taylor grew up in Alief, TX and graduated from Alief Elsik High School, got her bachelor’s degree at the University of Houston, and then her degree as Doctor of Osteopathy from the University of North Texas Health Science Center College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth.
Dr Taylor received her Family Medicine board certification after completing her training at Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Katy, TX has been home to Dr Taylor since 2001, where she lives with her ever-supportive husband and youngest son who attends Creech University. The older two boys have added the UNT Mean Green family and UT Longhorns family to our UH Cougars family.

Foundation Primary Care, P.A. functions as a Direct Primary Care medical home clinic which contracts directly with patients (not with their insurance companies) for agreed services at a monthly membership fee. Doctors work for patients' benefit, not having to work with incentives from and for insurance companies. This innovative model also eliminates costly and inefficient insurance and administrative processes. By cutting out the middle man and administrative burdens, Dr. Taylor can spend her time on direct patient care. Office expenses are also reduced. Unlike high-dollar “concierge” models, patients do not have to pay deductible, co-insurance or copay fees in addition to their monthly fees, and also, any cost savings for the clinic are passed along to her patients. Patients can continue to use their traditional insurance to cover emergency services and other specialty services and testing where they wish.
