This is our base performance membership. Members have access to 1 session per month that rolls over if it isn’t used and also enjoy access to member pricing discounts for additional services. A physical therapy check-in one time a month can help keep you on track with preventing injury, improving performance and simply living life the way you want. This plan is ideal for a people who live an active lifestyle and value their ability to move their body unrestricted. Through our app, members can chat with their treating therapist, the member therapist and schedule in person appointments as well as telehealth appointments.
