Forsyth surgical Associates offer a single flat fee all inclusive (surgery, sedation, anesthesia, supplies, instruments, pathology, etc.) . Pricing for all the surgery which can be performed in the office. These prices are for healthy patients without any major medical problem, which can be safely done in the office surgical setting.
If the patient needs to be taken to the hospital for surgery then prices will be different.
If any diagnostic test are required to prepare for surgery that will be additional charges.
We offer a single flat fee all inclusive imaging at our imaging center. We offer CT scan, ultrasound, x-ray, echogardiogram. All the prices includes the reading fee by the radiologist and cardiologist.
